Dear family, friends, and fellow followers of Christ,
This past week has served as a powerful testimony to God’s goodness. By leaning on Christ, I have found the strength to prioritize clarity, integrity, and grace. These shifts are clear evidence that God actively shapes our inner lives when we remain connected to Him.
I was particularly moved recently by an encounter with a woman in a wheelchair waiting for a meal. It was evident that her joy came not from the food itself, but from the dignity of being seen and connected. This served as a reminder that God’s provision first addresses the deepest needs of the human heart.
Scripture reveals that God prepares provision before He issues a requirement. In Genesis, He established the environment and sustenance before humanity was created; Genesis 1:29 reminds us that supply existed before responsibility. This divine pattern demonstrates that God anticipates our needs before we even recognize them.
Today, Christ calls us to steward the "internal garden" of our minds and hearts. When we rise above fear and insecurity, we can see what God has already placed within our reach. Just as He provided the ram for Abraham, His provision is often already present, awaiting our faith to stabilize.
In Matthew 6, Jesus points to the birds of the air as evidence of the Father’s constant care, instructing us to seek first the kingdom of God with the assurance that our needs will be met. As the "bread of life" (John 6:35), He is the ultimate provision for both our spiritual and daily requirements.
I encourage you this week to remember that God’s goodness remains constant. When we stay grounded in Him, peace replaces anxiety. Let us reflect His character by offering kindness, patience, and grace to those around us.
May you proceed through this week with confidence, knowing that for every demand you face, God has already made provision.
With encouragement and faith
